We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and peaceful accommodation. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The beautiful scenery surrounding the place was simply breathtaking. We especially loved the well-furnished bedroom and the comfortable sitting and dining area. The communication with the hosts was top-notch, and they even provided a garage for our bikes. The large garden was a plus, as we were able to enjoy it with our socially distanced visitors. The cooking equipment in the kitchen was good, although it was a bit cramped due to the layout of the conversion. However, the hosts had kindly left us some essential items such as ketchup, coffee, tea, and a small carton of milk. our experience at this lovely place was wonderful, and we highly recommend it.

The tastefully decorated room had a comfortable bed and offered a stunning view of the nearby hills with the white horse. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful walking trails and the canal nearby. Despite the limited cooking facilities, we were still able to prepare meals easily in the kitchenette. The welcome treats in the kitchen were a lovely touch. The warm and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home, even on rainy days. Opposite the accommodation was a fantastic café and craft shop, adding to the overall charm of the place. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the lack of bins and toiletries, we highly recommend The Bothy for a delightful and relaxing getaway.

The Bothy was a little haven with excellent quality throughout. The hosts were perfect and gave us great recommendations. The view from the garden of the surrounding hills was delightful. Plus, the location was just what I was looking for, being in the peaceful countryside.
While the heating warmed up nicely, it could have been turned on earlier given the outside temperature. But these were more personal preferences and didn't take away from the overall positive experience.
